Augustine Ajagbe is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dunol Engineering Corps, Inc. (DEC), a Florida-based general engineering and underground utility construction firm specializing in public infrastructure, drainage, water and sewer systems, roadway restoration, and construction management. With more than 30 years of engineering and construction leadership experience, he brings hands-on project oversight and a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
As DEC’s Qualifier and senior project executive, Augustine is directly involved in all phases of construction—from preconstruction planning and estimating to field execution, quality control, safety compliance, and closeout. His leadership is defined by accountability, collaboration, and a strong commitment to quality and regulatory compliance.
Augustine has successfully managed and delivered projects for Miami-Dade County Public Works, Miami-Dade Aviation Department, Department of Transportation & Public Works, FEMA-funded infrastructure programs, and multiple municipal agencies throughout South Florida. His experience spans drainage and stormwater systems, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, pump stations, roadway and asphalt work, right-of-way construction, and airport infrastructure projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and began his career as an electrical engineer working on public-sector design and construction projects before transitioning into construction management and contracting leadership. His strong technical foundation, combined with decades of real-world field experience, enables him to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure scopes.
